There's a heatwave going on! But I am giddy. I am playing the ballroom at Fete (my favorite Providence venue) for the first time, then playing my first gig in New York, and THEN my first gig in New Orleans. So many firsts in the next 3 weeks. (I am aries, I was born for this.) Yo. New Orleans is my favorite city in the galaxy. I haven't been there since before Katrina came. Have you ever heard James Booker play piano?
